Terms Of Service
These starter terms explain how NoLockWeb Pro handles website control audits, website builds, AI lead systems, and website operations support. A written proposal, invoice, or statement of work controls the final paid scope for each project.
Service Scope
We provide audit, design, development, automation, chatbot, CRM routing, launch support, and handover services. Work begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment method are agreed.
Payments
- Payment is collected through PayPal or Wise Business unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Paid work starts after the required payment or deposit is received.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software, APIs, plugins, and advertising are separate unless included in the written scope.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate access, content, brand assets, approvals, and business information.
- Keep ownership of domain, hosting, payment, and business accounts where practical.
- Review deliverables promptly so launch dates are not delayed.
Ownership And Handover
Our delivery model is built around client ownership. After final payment, the client receives agreed handover information, access notes, and operational guidance for the delivered work.
AI Systems
AI chatbots and agents can make mistakes. Clients are responsible for reviewing industry-sensitive wording, legal claims, medical claims, financial claims, regulated advice, and final public content before use.
No Guaranteed Revenue
We design systems to improve clarity, ownership, lead capture, and follow-up. We do not guarantee a specific revenue amount, traffic level, ranking, conversion rate, or profit.
Changes And Offboarding
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a new quote. If a client leaves, we aim to provide a clean offboarding path with documented access, exports, and next-step guidance where technically possible.
